I met Aimee and her mother Alison at Medicine Park, Oklahoma last Sunday in the evening to finally shoot Aimee's senior photos. I was hoping it would be a little more overcast, but we found shaded areas and was able to pop a few in the sun as well. I experienced a first since doing senior photos, and that was (and this is brilliant, tbh) Aimee brought a mirror. I'm not talking about a little compact makeup mirror. I'm talking about a full-size mirror. Aimee didn't have to trust me about her hair looking alright this way, and it was honestly a relief to me, lol. I don't ever want a client upset with me because their hair wasn't how they wanted it, so the mirror they brought was not only my hero, but the real mvp as well.

In all seriousness, Aimee was the real mvp. She was laid back and cooperative but she also took my advice and spoke up about striking some poses that SHE wanted to. That is not only something that I like, but something I highly encourage my clients to do.

Aimee had a couple different outfits and her cap and gown. We mixed it up and I was able to capture a lot of photos and am very pleased with how they turned out.

THANK YOU again Aimee and Alison for trusting me to capture your senior photos! You all were so great to work with!
